4000 Non Woven is a modular high-end system for surface inspection
applications requiring 3 or more cameras, and is suitable for all demanding
inspection tasks involving small defects, low-contrast defects, large webs and
high speeds. The flexible architecture of the FLAWSCANTM system
makes it relatively easy to accommodate special customer requirements for
analysis, display and reporting.

Dedicated for non-woven inspection, it provides reliable on-line inspection on 100 % of your product, on-line roll mapping and off-line statistical analysis. To inspect large webs, several FLAWSCAN™ systems can be easily combine using a network architecture. All FLAWSCAN™ units are then controlled by a master remote workstation that collects the defect information.
Efficient Interface:
FLAWSCAN™ 4000 Non-woven is delivered with a complete suite of user-friendly interfaces which display real time process results and defect images, allowing immediate action to be taken. It also provides user-programmable alarm settings for each defect class.
Off-line statistical analysis:
FLAWSCAN™ 4000 Non-woven displays statistical data that lets you analyse each roll in detail after production using an advanced statistical tool.
